ORDERING & PAYMENT

We accept the following major credit cards as payment: American Express,Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit cards provide you the best fraud protection when purchasing from an online retailer.  You are entitled to dispute and contest charges that you find suspect on your account.

When placing your order, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number—this is the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delays in order processing

PayPal & Money OrdersPaypal specifically prohibits use of their services for specific items that we carry and manufacture, which means we are not interested in dealing with them.  Contact us directly if you wish to pay by Money Order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the variety of regulations controlling international orders, HINDERER OUTDOOR & TACTICAL is not able to process international orders.

HOT – 30 Day Return Policy

HINDERER OUTDOOR & TACTICAL wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost!  This is a no questions asked policy; however products must be in new condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. 

*Trauma and Medical Kits cannot be returned*

Steps for initating a return:

1. Request an RA # (Return Authorization Number) by emailing sales@hindereroutdoortactical.com with your full name, order number, the item name and quantity you would like to return, and why.
2. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RA # or they will be refused.
3. Include a copy of your original invoice.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take a week after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

How long does each service cost and take for delivery?

Note: 2nd Day and Next Day indicate the amount of time your order will spend en-route. So if you do not place your order before 1 pm EST, your order will not go out until the next business day.  Please3 note, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

4. We Do Not Share Your Information
We do not share your information with anyone outside HINDERER OUTDOOR & TACTICAL unless it is a request that is in the interest of the law or certified government agencies (e.g. subpoena or legal reasons).

Due to individual state laws, we may not be able to sell or ship some items to your area. Ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local, state, and federal laws.
